Returns & Exchange Policies
When you place and order you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Payment in full (unless otherwise agreed to by myself) is required before any order will be started. Payment plans are available for full dread kits only. Please contact me for further information.
2. Upon receiving payment, half will be automatically set aside to cover the cost of supplies and can not be refunded. Exceptions can be made for product that arrives damaged. Please see section 6 below, or contact me for details.
3. The cost of shipping can not be refunded.
4. You have two weeks upon completion of your order to send any remaining payments and/or shipping costs. You will be notified when your order is complete, and again near the end of two weeks, after which time the deposit will be forfeit and the dreads will be put up for sale. If, for whatever reason, there are extenuating circumstances, please inform me asap so that we can work something out.
5. For sanitary purposes I cannot refund dreads that have been worn.
6. If your dreads arrive damaged or not what you ordered, please notify me immediately along with a photograph of your product so that I may do my best to rectify the situation asap. You will have 1 week after receiving your dreads to submit any complaints, otherwise I will assume that you are happy with your product.
7. Please note that dreads to begin to loosen a little after being worn, kind of like breaking in a pair of shoes. This is normal! If you are worried, or believe your dreads are actually falling apart, please send me a photo immediately so that I may either reassure you, or I will assess the problem and we will go from there. An exchange for new dreads will only be offered if they cannot be restored to their original condition. This does not apply to dreads that have undergone strenuous wear and/or repeated washings as these conditions may exceed the product's durability.
Each custom order is created with care and special attention to detail. I work hard to help create your dream set of dreads, always with the goal of making sure you as a customer are happy. Unfortunately, errors may occur. If, for any reason, your dreads arrive and are not what you expected, or arrive damaged, please contact me immediately.
